Yes — 100% of our safaris are custom-built. We don't offer pre-packaged group tours. Every itinerary is designed specifically around your travel dates, wildlife priorities, budget, group size, and accommodation preferences. Simply tell us what you'd love to see and experience, and we'll design the perfect safari around it.

The more detail you share, the more tailored your quote will be. Most useful: preferred destinations (Kenya, Tanzania, or both), travel dates (or rough month/season), group size, budget range, and any special requirements (dietary, accessibility, anniversary celebrations, family with children, etc). But don't worry — we'll ask all the right questions in our reply if anything is missing.

Yes — we welcome all group types. Solo travelers enjoy private vehicle game drives and can sometimes be paired with other solo guests to reduce costs. Families with children receive specially tailored itineraries with child-friendly camps and guides who are brilliant wildlife educators. Large groups (15–50+) receive dedicated coordination, fleet vehicles, and group accommodation arrangements.

We accept bank transfer (wire), PayPal, credit card, and M-Pesa (for Kenyan clients). A deposit of 25–30% secures your booking, with the balance due 45 days before your arrival. Full payment details and a formal invoice are provided once your itinerary is agreed. All prices are quoted in USD.
