03 Days Maasai Mara Mid-Range Safari

Day 1: Nairobi – Maasai Mara

our mid-range safari adventure begins with a morning pickup from your Nairobi hotel or the airport. Meet your experienced safari guide, who will brief you before departing for Maasai Mara. Enjoy a scenic drive through the Great Rift Valley, stopping at the Rift Valley Viewpoint to admire the breathtaking landscape and take some photos. Continue the journey to Narok town for a short break, where you can grab some snacks or essentials.
Upon arrival at Maasai Mara, check into your comfortable mid-range safari lodge or tented camp, where you will be welcomed with refreshments. After a delicious lunch, embark on an afternoon game drive in the Maasai Mara National Reserve. This introductory game drive offers a chance to spot some of Africa’s iconic wildlife, including lions, elephants, giraffes, and cheetahs. As the sun sets, return to your lodge or camp for dinner and an overnight stay.

Day 2: Maasai Mara Full-Day Safari

Start your day with an early breakfast before heading out for a full-day game drive. Explore the vast Maasai Mara plains, home to a rich diversity of wildlife, including the famous Big Five (lion, leopard, elephant, rhino, and buffalo). The early morning is the best time to witness predators in action as they hunt their prey.Drive to the banks of the Mara River, where you will enjoy a picnic lunch while watching hippos and crocodiles basking along the river. During the Great Migration season (July to October), you might witness thousands of wildebeests and zebras crossing the river in a spectacular natural event.Continue exploring the park in the afternoon, capturing stunning views of the landscape and spotting more wildlife. As the day winds down, return to your lodge or camp, where you can relax, enjoy a delicious dinner, and unwind by the bonfire while listening to the sounds of the wild.

Day 3: Maasai Mara – Nairobi

Return to your lodge for check-out and begin the journey back to Nairobi. Arrive in the city in the afternoon, with a drop-off at your hotel or the airport, marking the end of your unforgettable Maasai Mara mid-range safari experience.
